Why Are We Doing This?

What Are We Doing?

  • Cleanup Instance Rights

    Regularly removes obsolete instance rights for the admin user (and optionally other users), for example rights where the related object instance no longer exists or where global access already covers the requirement.

  • Cleanup Old Prlocks

    Deletes prImportExport locks that are older than 48 hours.

  • Cleanup Process Engines

    Removes Process Engine entries with an end date older than one day.

  • Lock Default Password

    Locks Clarity user accounts that are still using the default Clarity password for authentication.

  • Terminating Long-Running Portlet Sessions

    Detects and terminates portlet sessions that run longer than 15 minutes. This process has no fixed schedule and is triggered automatically when such sessions are detected.

    Info: The Clarity job “Database (Oracle/PostgreSQL) Table Analyze Job” also recalculates table statistics. If you plan to run it alongside our internal job, please avoid the 01:00–05:00 AM UTC window to prevent conflicts.
